Planning to find the current existing levels of disaster response competencies by identifying the developed competencies that required for disaster respondents adopting standard developed disaster competencies. Find whether these set of competencies are valuable and appropriate to enhance and upskilling their level to be competent disaster respondents. Then introducing these competencies up to Implementing to be further for delivering in the future recommendations.
