It is in this space that the needs of the patient meet the knowledge and skill of dentist. Association between the doctor and patient is based on faith and confidence. Fortunate are the doctors of the past who were treated like God and respected by the people.The doctor or dentist frequently reduce patient¿s distress and successively saves their lives. In the medical and dental professions, the impact of health professionals is improving the standards of health and well-being in society. The Hippocratic Oath includes phrases such as ¿the good of my patients¿ and never do harm to anyone¿ and I will enter only the good of my patients¿. This would form the basis of the need for a consent form to analyse the term ¿consent.
