The book Conflict and Crisis Intervention in Autism and Single Parenthood combined an in depth phenomenological research on the prevailing scientific studies on the autism pandemic and shared narrative experience of parents of autistic children to critically look at the strengths and limitations in the intervention approach by various government and non-governmental agencies. The book highlighted the weaknesses in the system that breeds distrust and ineffectiveness. It presents valuable systemic and structured intervention process that could prove efficient in responding to both the needs of the autistic child and caregivers as well. This is an intervention that is both inclusive and responsive to the real need rather than the symptoms.
