CONDITIONS OF TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE D.D.R. CONGO

It is in an attempt to respond to this lack of knowledge of the reciprocal rights and duties between employers and employees with regard to the termination of employment contracts that we felt there was a pressing need to make available to everyone a book written in a simple and clear style, which is intended to reach all layers of the workplace, in order to provide useful information.This very minimal work has the merit of having synthesized and grouped together, in a single volume, various provisions relating to the various aspects of the subject dealt with and disseminated through several legislative and regulatory texts. However, we do not claim to have been exhaustive. Many details can still be covered in this work.
