Computer system for transport management and cargo tracking

By means of the computer system of control of transport of load the processes that entails to the operation of the cooperative of transport of load "United" will be managed, a registry of the data of the company will be handled, a control of users to whom roles will be assigned, the same ones that depending on their role manage: location, clients, drivers, vehicles, expenses among other processes. For the correct management of the freight that the cooperative carries out, it is required to link all the information, both of the vehicles and of the people and documents that intervene in it. Additionally, the invoicing must be managed both for the contracts and for the expenses, for the purchases made by the cooperative.The clients will be able to obtain information of the current location of their load, by means of the tracking system of the GPS that will consist in the vehicles, hour of exit of the vehicle and an approximate of arrival. This will allow the user to have more information of his shipment and reliability towards the cooperative if the load suffers a delay by some external calamity.
