Competitive Advantage Leadership of Higher Education Institution

In today¿s global era, enhancing the competitiveness of a university should be carried out continuously, institutionally and in sync with the conduct of Tri Dharma (or three principles of a higher education) as well as the improvement of university¿s facilities and infrastructures. This book focuses on discussing efforts relating to enhancing the competitiveness of a university through ¿managerial leadership and entrepreneurial leadership¿; these aspects serve as the key factor in directing all components of strategic resources in achieving the competitiveness of a university. The managerial and entrepreneurial leadership are both parts of human capital assets that also serve to direct and optimize other capitals, including financial, information and facilities. With that being said, human resources should be the main investment and invaluable assets for university.
