Competent Manager Guidelines

Dear manager, we trust in your multiple intelligences to appreciate, from the metacognitive reflection, the truly valuable and invaluable of this tool that, deposited in your hands, far from becoming a new commitment on top of the existing ones, will guide you to transform management into an art. This, in turn, will allow you to face with a sense of challenge, flexibility, entrepreneurship and leadership, the multiplicity of challenges that today's world poses to education, in order to meet the goals and targets set out in the 2030 Agenda. We invite you to approach these renovating guidelines, which a team of researchers of the Science, Technology and Innovation Project Competence of Management in Education, of the University of Las Tunas, offers thinking of you. The material is the result of scientific and innovative knowledge, and aims to enrich your preparation, without ignoring the experiences, training and experiences that you treasure.
