Compendium of Psychology

What I share in these pages are years of reflections and courage to write how I perceive things and the behaviour of people, with whom I interact. The idea of putting everything together in a compendium was the idea of the Editor, who showed interest in my technical scientific work, experiences and thoughts, developed in my twenty-one years of uninterrupted work as a Psychologist. I present it in the way I have been locating it, in the different spaces where I have written and shared my works. It is about opinion articles, short messages focusing commemorative dates, subjects of lectures given in different contexts and with different clients, articles of course conclusion works, and related research, in a total of 34 texts. The readers interested in the contents and practices of Psychology will have approaches that will serve as motivating stimuli to go in search of self-knowledge. Diving inside themselves and rescuing their stories, sensations and oneiric contents will give them more opportunities for qualitative experiences and psychological health.
