This book is intended as a concise but comprehensive textbook for students preparing for professional and other examinations in Company Law. The language is clear and simple, the approach essentially practical. The book takes account of the significant changes that have been made to Company Law since the passing of the Companies Act 2006; and at the same time to achieve a greater coherence in presentation of material.
