Communicative competence of a pedagogical student

A teacher in his professional activity acts as an active subject of communication: he should be able to establish contacts with different people, transmit and accept information from others, convince them of the validity of his ideas, defend his position, be able to resolve conflicts, etc. Therefore, the development of communicative competence of a pedagogical university student as one of the most important professionally significant characteristics of a future specialist is a priority task of higher professional education. In this situation, the development of psychological foundations of training in the university of a professionally competent teacher who has a set of communicative qualities and skills, productively organizing speech and non-verbal behavior adequately to the tasks of the communicative process becomes relevant. In this regard, there is a need to study the problem of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of communicative competence of the student of a pedagogical university.
