Commercial strategic plan.

With the development of this educational strategy (Design of a commercial strategic plan for the company "PAUKSTRO"), of professional formation the students of the cooperative university of Colombia of the program of administration of companies look for to fortify and to put to test the knowledge acquired during all their formative process in this institution. By means of the development of this activity a search of a formation will be made that later will be analyzed and this will allow that the investigating group creates a series of strategies that looks for that the company "PAUKSTRO" improves its positioning and sales in the sector of market in which it executes its commercial activities.The collaboration, guidance of the teachers and the concepts already assimilated will allow us to obtain a positive result, which will be evidenced with the delivery of physical plan; that will be a guiding tool for future similar investigations.
