Commercial operation of railways

The objective of this work is to recover the railway in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It focuses on the revitalisation of the socio-economic environment, more specifically in the field of rail transport. To achieve this, the use of Franco-Belgian legislation as well as the nuances of modern transport companies such as SAR, ZR, SPOORNET, TRANS-URB, COMZAR has prevailed in this analytical approach. The ultimate concern is to draw out the national railway company of Congo "SNCC" and the SCTP, even though there are many others but they have little operational scope on the ground. In terms of its structure, this scientific essay will contain four chapters dealing with general and retrospective considerations, commercial operations, the civil liability of the parties to the rail transport contract, and the prospects for the railways in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
