He is qualified with Masters in International Business, Masters in employment Laws, Master of Philosophy in Marketing Management, Master of Philosophy in employment Laws, PG diploma in Human Resource Management, Ph.D with multidisciplinary, FDP (June28th to September 30th 2013) IIM Ahmedabad. He also conducted several Management and executive development programmes in the areas of Logistics, Human Resource, Operations etc., Currently he is working as a Faculty in Human Resources at GITAM Institute of Management, GITAM Deemed to be University.
