Collective engagement and stakeholder strategies

It has taken me sleepless nights to produce this book, having to juggle time between demanding full time job, family and hours of reading. I also wish to extend my greatest appreciation to my supervisor, who also had to exhaust her family time to support and assist my efforts in completing this piece of work. Dr Cookie Govender, a senior lecture at University of Johannesburg, I say thank you! I also wish to say thank you to my precious wife, Mbali, and my kids, Thato, Banele, Owethu and Kholwane, for understanding when I had to say "I have no time for you until this was finished".
