Collaborative Supply Chain-Evidence from Vietnamese Furniture Industry

This book is the result of a serious research process by the author. Including issues from systematizing the theory of supply chain, supply chain management, supply chain collaboration. Conducting research on furniture industry in Vietnam, focus on main actors among supply chain including suppliers, manufacturers and distributors. The results reveal there is a weak connection inside and outside between them. This problem leading to the competition of this industry is still low and ineffective as well. Thus, the contributions of this book to offer right factors which have strong impact on connection or collaboration among actors in furniture industry including Trust, Power, Maturity, Frequency, Strategy and Culture of each actor involving this supply chain. From the results, the signicant dedicated of this book is useful suggestions to relevant partners concerning this supply chain in the furniture industry at Vietnam.
