Coeducation, professionalism & the needs of the young child

Coeducation, French childcare, major theorists of childhood and the functioning of multi-professional teams are some of the themes addressed in this book, highlighting the main characteristics of the different publics, all of whom are involved in the education of our children. At a time when new pedagogies are being put into practice in many institutions, this research highlights the difficulties encountered by professionals in the sector in the daily exercise of their function and their direct repercussions on the education of children. Written in a societal and citizen utopia of education and a cooperative conception of social work, this writing is the result of an academic work conducted in the field of education and early childhood in 2016 at the Jean Monnet University of Saint-Etienne (42).
