This manual must be given to all services, coordination, departments and areas of the hospital, and must remain in each of them, under the safekeeping of the corresponding management, and within the reach of each and every one of the workers, for their permanent consultation and application. Violent behaviour of which people may be victims because of their work; violence is normally associated with aggression, but the concept includes other behaviours that can be violent and intimidating to the person who suffers them. Examples, in addition to physical aggression, include threatening, intimidating, abusive and harassing verbal or physical conduct, which can be done "virtually" through real-time media.
