COACHING AS A STRATEGIC TOOL FOR PUBLIC MANAGEMENT

In order to share a proposal that constitutes a motivating possibility of reflection towards change, in a society that clamors for a modern and above all reliable public administration, that turns its gaze towards the people both inside and outside the state apparatus, being aware that the current context of dissatisfaction is the reflection of a still bureaucratic and disjointed system, a figure very distant from the one that is intended to be achieved with the desired modernization of the state. Thus, one of the greatest challenges of public administration is to have people capable of designing public policies that tend to the profound transformation of state structures, thus resulting in the collective welfare of the nation, a fact that is perceived as the generation of public value, that is to say, to make this modernization model transform the role of the state and give it a "social face", and at the same time make public managers true agents of change, being therefore, Coaching a tool that facilitates the processes of change and having proven its results, also taking bibliographical evidence, I make this work available.
