Clear cell tumors are tumor cells that have vacuolated or clear cytoplasm in routine hematoxylin and eosin stain. In Maxillo facial areas, clear cell are found in many benign and malignant tumors arising from epithlial, mesenchymal,melanocytic and hematopoietic derivation cell lines. Tumor with clear cells can impose a diagnostic dilemma for the surgical pathologist with respect to differential diagnosis, which extends as a therapeutic dilemma for the managing surgeons.
