Action research is a method of systematic inquiry that teachers undertake as researchers of their own practice. The start of the process is usually an issue or situation that, as a teacher, you want to change. You will be supported in turning this "interesting problem 'into a' researchable question and then developing actions to try out. Assuming the habit of inquiry can become an ongoing commitment to learning and developing as a practitioner. As a student - teacher- you assume the responsibility for being the agent and source of change. The teacher is a role model and always a hope for students to learning and growing.Even in this phase we see ahead of us, few challenges that hinders classroom learning and growth opportunities. They are few hurdles that need to be addressed and weeds that need to be nipped off at the grassroot level. Classroom Dynamics - Action Research is an attempt at bringing to light the action research done by the student teachers during their period of internship. It is an attempt that helps us to understand the dynamics classroom in a simplified manner. The efforts taken by student teachers during the conduct of action research is highly meaningful.
