Civil liability of medical organizations

The state of modern Russian medicine and the quality of medical services depend on a significant number of objective and subjective factors, but the determining role, as a rule, is played by the state of health care institutions, which depends, first of all, on the amount of funds allocated for the development of the corresponding sphere of social life in a particular subject of the Russian Federation. In view of the fact that today the majority of regions of the country are subsidized, the lack of funds for the development of medicine takes place in almost every such region. This situation often forces the public health sector employees to provide free medical services, using low-quality equipment or drugs or not to start treatment of patients, referring to the lack of necessary medicines.
