Circulation Policies in University Libraries in Nigeria

The observations showed that some library users do not like to return borrowed materials when due and also do not like to pay overdue fines. Some talk about inadequate materials held by libraries and types of materials on reservation as well as the length of time reserved materials are on loan. Could these be evidences of general lack of satisfaction with library circulation policies? The book addresses levels of satisfaction with library circulation policies due to gender, holding, opening hours, borrowers¿ cards, loan periods, fines, and reservation. Users¿ satisfaction with circulation policies is a welcome development to researchers, post and undergraduate students of library and information science.
