The present study should help shed some light on nutritional as well as medicinal value of kulthi. The analysis should be useful in the areas of nutrition, pharmacy, and agriculture and can have an effect on the economy in the long run if its cultivation is taken seriously. Considerable nutritional value, low cultivation cost can be advantages in the unprivileged areas to overcome malnutrition.
