Changes in the proteins of fruit & house flies under the lead effects

Lead is an Environmental pollutant. It causes multidimensional pollution problems that lead hazardous effects on all the forms of life. Due to this act of lead, it is regarded as a matter of urgent concerned. Nevertheless, many studies have been carried out in this respect. However there is still some thirst remained on insect part. Therefore, Lead was taken into consideration in this respect. Presently it is shown that different concentrations of lead on larvae Dipterous flies developed abnormalities and malformation respectively. Proteins are essential bio-compound in nature, all the enzymes are protein in nature. Lead exerted some effects on protein measurable through the electrophoratic studies, these changes likely to appear as larval color change, changes in prominent features of pupae and adults flies.
