Challenges and Prospects for Investment Dispute Arbitration under OHADA Law

This book reiterates the fact that for the OHADA arbitration system to portray itself as a hub for ISDs, it definitely has to provide a legal framework which grants specific procedural safeguards inherent to ISD arbitration and takes into consideration the characteristic features associated with the practice. In addition, it must periodically flex itself to meet up with contemporary trends and changes associated with ISD arbitration.
