CERAMIC PRODUCT MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

The monograph summarizes various views, theoretical and experimental studies of the laws of deformation of ceramic materials and improving their quality in various studies of mechanical and physical-mechanical processes of pressing, optimal methods of plastic deformation and properties of the blanks, methods of stress and strain state evaluation and methods of increasing rigidity, strength and durability. Possibilities of optimization of designs of the offered press machines, opportunities of introduction of new technological processes, mechanical and physical-technical treatment and creation of equipment and tools for their realization are also presented. All researches and analytical conclusions presented in the monograph are linked to concrete examples, namely to production of ceramic pads for formation of a reverse roll of a welded seam.
