Cashless Payments as a Tool for Sustained Economic Growth

This book is related to the dissertation Submitted in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Award of the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Business administration of Ballsbridge University that is entitled Cashless Payments as a Tool for Sustained Economic Growth and Development in Rwanda:¿The Case of Bank of Kigali¿. The general objective of the study is to examine the extent to which the execution of cashless payment system among users may boost economic growth and development in Rwanda with five specific objectives which are: to describe the strategic theory of motivation that can be used to increase the number of people using financial transactions through an electronic system in Rwanda, examine the level of cashless implementation in Rwanda comparing with a selection of ten developed countries, To determine the awareness level of cashless users in Rwanda, to differentiate the challenges and importance of using cashless payment methods among Rwandan citizens, to examine the relationship of cashless payment tools to boost economic growth and development in Rwanda, to discuss the role of monetary policy on the cashless payment system to support economic.
