Case studies of women leading educational institutions

We find very few women as leaders in Educational institutions. Women education is also very low. Unless and until we have women in the decision making positions it will be difficult to bring change in the situation of women. Very few women take up the positions where they have to take decisions and can bring change in the society. In this study the researcher has tried to find out some of the women who has started their own educational institutions and has made a change. The Researcher has conducted an indepth case studies of the women who are leading educational institutions. Its a qualitative study wherein the researcher interviewed the case and also collected information from other sources through interview to gain an insight into the life of these women leaders.
