Business Process Modeling

Micro, small and medium sized companies play a key role in the national economy, being responsible for a large part of the country's employment generation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Aligned to this, the high competitiveness of the market and the lack of ability to manage their organizational processes, makes it essential initiatives that allow greater control of the business. This study uses methods of Business Process Management (BPM) to perform the survey of processes and the SCRUM methodology for the agile development of the system. It is concluded that the developed software causes a positive impact on the organization, being responsible for the support, automation and creation of business processes besides providing and security in the information obtained, providing an improvement in decision making that leads the company to obtain an improvement among its competitors.
