Breeding and technology in increasing the productivity of dairy breeds

In the monograph the author considers breeding and technological methods and techniques to increase dairy productivity of cows of different breeds, milk quality - raw materials. On the basis of own long-term complex researches, generalization of results of researches of domestic and foreign scientists the increase of dairy productivity and quality of milk of the cows of black-and-peastry, hill and symmental breeds by use of bulls with high genetic potential; creation of comfortable conditions for realization of productive potential at different ways of the cattle keeping is proved. Use of computer programs for herd management with the use of electrical conductivity indicators of milk as a preventive method of animal disease, obtaining high quality milk.
