Big Data Analytics with R and Hadoop

Nowadays any organization generates the large volume of data with the rapid speed. The nature of the data is unstructured, semi-structured or structured. There are huge possibilities of the uncertainty of the data. Due to these characteristics of the data, it is very difficult to store it on the single machine and process for the analysis with very low cost. At the beginning of this book the basic concepts discussed on machine learning and So it¿s the challenging task for any organization to deal with such a huge volume of data which are variety in nature. Thus Hadoop comes in the picture which supports to store the data in the cluster of nodes and processed for finding the insights from the data. There are many of the languages useful for programming with Hadoop, but R is more powerful because it runs advanced statistical models on the data and prepares the colorful graphs for visualization. The integration of R with Hadoop makes it more scalable. This book mainly covers the concepts of machine learning using R with Hadoop. R runs on the Hadoop as the platform which gives the elastic data analytics depends on the size of the data to be analyzed.
