Believe embraces movements to release traumas, lies, and limitations in the body and get past coping and stories we tell ourselves. It uncovers truth, hope, and unwavering belief in ourselves, in others, and in the divine.

Believe is an exercise in letting go but also in findingreplacing fear with hope and despair with joy.
