BEING FREE: Wisdom for Fulfilled Leadership

In memory of an ideal life of freedom, the author brings an overview of the principles of leadership by looking at the ways of freedom in the new habits of leading (in reference to modern leadership)... The bitter observation for the author is that many leaders have failed to achieve their goals because, not being in search of freedom in their leadership life, they let themselves be influenced by feelings, appearances, ephemeral things... without counting the search for values, they want greatness! Greatness without values? Ephemeral is this ideology for these leaders. In the second and third parts of this book, the author shows some principles embellished with maxims of wisdom to be followed, to be adapted in the life of leadership towards the path of freedom of the leaders as well as of the led in view of a fulfilled leadership guided by God.
