What differentiates a person and a professional? What differentiates a common man and a leader? Its personality which can be the answer to all the questions that define an individual; It has always been said that, ¿The end of education is character¿, but to what extent does this really happen. Our contemporary educational systems have been focusing on personality development but they are trying to build the minarets on the mirages of fake personality. That is they are trying to develop personalities that are not original, thereby creating the masks of highly valued charisma. There is a need to polish the unique and inherent personality that every person possesses naturally. In the title, ¿Basic Personality Development¿, the word personality is not singular, it is plural both in sense and meaning that it not only includes various spheres of understanding an individual but also trying to define each individual separately. We hope that the book opens new doors of understanding personality development and leadership skills that are the pre-requisite to any employment and resume.
