It is about the relationship between school organizational development and a new learning culture. An examination of school reality and future educational concepts is inevitable. It is also about the implementation of concrete findings from educational science and educational policy necessities. Changing schools also requires an examination of important aspects of school life, such as teaching methods, performance assessment, democratization of the school as a feature of a learning culture, student-centeredness and team building.
