Basic education, poverty reduction and the realisation of equality in Northern Uganda

The argument looks at why and how to invest in basic quality education for all. The paper further identifies indicators of poverty and inequality and analyses the nature of these indicators with respect to education in Northern Uganda and Finally the paper analyses the economic implication of these indicators on education as well as the implication on the rights of children to education in the region.
