BANKING PROFESSIONS: THE CASHIER'S MANUAL

For several years now, we have been witnessing the flowering of the banking sector in Africa, particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a sector that attracts a lot of employment in our country, and which is one of the most important employers in the private sector in the DRC, we found it appropriate to introduce future bankers to one of the best entry points to the profession of banker, which is the CASH.After multiple observations resulting from our strong experience in the sector as employee and customer, we thus noticed that a good number of the professionals of the cashier's office also, for various reasons, do not seem to be sufficiently equipped to carry out the missions which are theirs in the execution of their functions within the cashier's offices.This book presents in a clear, precise and detailed way what is the job of a cashier in a bank, the operations that a cashier encounters in his daily professional life as well as the ways in which these operations are carried out; and this, in the context of the Congolese banking environment.
