The Internet is undoubtedly the most widely used means of communication today, regardless of social group or age group, it is almost impossible to find anyone who is not connected. As a result of this massive use, a specific demand for an online market has been created and today, even for physical businesses, it is unfeasible to think of a business strategy where marketing or even sales are not done via the Internet. Although the connected world brings many possibilities and facilities, opportunities and services, with the bonus we are also subject to the burden. Within this context, the challenge for the Internet Service Provider (ISP) is to guarantee the high availability of services to meet the expectations of its users and customers, guaranteeing the availability of Internet services securely, at all times, and ready for whatever the interests of its users may be. From our work we have come to realize that the critical component of the system is indicated by sensitivity analysis.
