Attitude, Competence in ICT and Job Satisfaction of School Teachers

The rapid advancement in ICT has been greatly influenced to the teaching learning process. integration of ICT in classroom helps to create an environment for students-activities that lead to meaningful and sustainable learning experiences. Teaching is becoming one of the most challenging profession due to expansion of knowledge and demands to learn modern technologies to use teaching and learning process. ICT can provide more flexible and effective ways or methods for the professional development of teachers to maintain their jobs, improve their competency and connect them to global teacher community. ICT aims to improve the performance of the teachers and students that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process.The teachers are being trained to use ICT in education and hence the present study is "Attitude and Competence in ICT and Job Satisfaction of School Teachers".
