Attention: Brains at Work

How can we get our students to pay attention to the proposals in class, what strategies should we use, and do we propose novel activities that strengthen and integrate new neural circuits? In order to answer these questions, Monica and Flavia offer practical ideas on how to apply neuroscience to learning, based on their experience in different areas at the primary level. They provide a theoretical framework to understand the scope of new discoveries in neuroscience and reflect on the principles of neurodidactics and its influence on the teaching-learning process, linking the new proposals with other teaching strategies used in the classroom.
