ASSESSMENT OF RENAL FAILURE IN DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS

The book is about the study on "ASSESSMENT OF RENAL FAILURE IN DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS". The aim of the study was to assess renal failure in diabetes mellitus patients and to compare various Renal Function Tests (RFT) factors with diabetes mellitus. The study is been done, since it is found as a major problem faced in our society. The random samples of 150 patients of all age group were collected in which blood sugar, blood urea and serum creatinine were analysed in blood whereas reducing sugar, albumin, pus cells and epithelial cells were analysed in urine. The comparative study clearly helped to reveal that the diabetes mellitus leads to impairment of kidney which causes diabetic nephropathy.
