Assessment of Employees

The overall objective of the study is to assess employees training and development practice in Kersa Woreda health office. This work will have much significance for Kersa Woreda Health Office in the first place and secondly, it will add value for the staff and administrative personnel in any organization who could access it. In order to achieve the basic objectives of the research, quantitative and qualitative data were obtained using questionnaires, focus group discussion and interviews. To determine the sample size, Carvalhös sample size determination was used. Total of 125 respondents were selected from 505 total beneficiaries as this number is found in the range between 501-1200 according to Carvalhös sample size determination. To calculate the significance relationship between variables Chi-Square Test was used.
