Arts & Crafts Training Manual for Teachers

Without a doubt, one way of making art effective in many fields of life is to train qualified teacher candidates towards this direction. The process needed for the teacher candidate to obtain these qualities also require the necessary planning to be made and steps to be taken in this direction. Today dynamic education structure has passed through many recognisable stages before reaching its modern state. Education of educators, who play a great role in transforming the old into the new, is shaped by the goals determined with an eye towards various factors about innovations, especially in graduate degree programs. In preparation of programs goals are defined by factors line national needs, expectations, etc. Programs prepared while taking these factors into consideration in a consistent manner helps educator candidates to obtain the desired qualities and professional knowledge necessary in their field, thus facilitating achievement of goals. In this work educational needs of arts & crafts teachers are assessed in regard of professional knowledge, branch knowledge and liberal education, also taking modern education trends into account.
