This book focuses on key media, diplomatic, political, economic and environmental issues that continue to interplay the Liberian society. Liberia, at one point, became a pariah state and equally referred to in some quarters as an exporter of terror in other parts of the West Africa Sub-region.It took constructive national efforts and collaboration with the international community to turn a new and better page for the country today in the area of constructive image building.Sustainable development cannot be achieved in the midst of negative practices, such as willful attacks on public infrastructure, intolerance, decline in family values and reckless advocacy by student militants, politicians and others in society.It remains no doubt that security, stability; culture and trade play a key role in attracting outsiders into any modern country, especially for post conflict society such as Liberia.
