Antipyretic Study on Ananda Bhairava Rasa

Ananda Bhairava Rasa is one such formulation found to be effective in Jwara.Ananda Bhairava Rasa is a unique Herbo-mineral formulation having Hingula, vatsanabha, maricha, tankana which is given bhavana with Nimbu Swarasa.This book is based on a research activity on Anandabhairava Rasa which is a potent Ayurvedic drug with ANTIPYRETIC activity. This study comprises of detailed research on its Pharmaceutical and analytical parameters. Special experimental study was also conducted on Brewers yiest induced pyrexia on Albino rats which exhibited similar significant activity for ANTIPYRETIC activity with that of paracetamol.
