Analyzing preference of Decentralized Renewable Energy Technologies

This book is an outcome of research findings based on two papers published as a part of PhD studies that were carried at Agriculture and Forestry University, Rampur, Nepal. Firstly, it focuses on overview of the selected research methodology, Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) assessment methods based on Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) and relevant information. Secondly, it presents the results of assessment carried out from the experts¿ view on identifying the best Decentralized Renewable Energy (DRE) technologies for rural electrification in Nepal. Lastly, it consists of the results from analyzing priority of sustainability criteria and sub-criteria in the form of weightage value of energy technology.
