ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR OPTIMIZATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY OPTION IN NIGERIA is the research work embarked on by Chimezie JacobsPaschal Ogugbara in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the Award of Masters of Energy's Law by the Center for Petroleum, Energy, Economics and Law of the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.The research work investigates the adequacies or otherwise of legal framework for the operationalization of Renewable Energy options in the Nigerian Energy profile.It further interrogates the extent of renewable energy integration in the country's energy mix; with particular focus on unearthing the extent the Nigerian legal system has thrived to remedy the situations.Finally the author made recommendations on salient areas whose incorporation will foster the future of the Nigerian Energy System and the Renewable Energy diverse in particular.
