Internal Communication is one of the most important areas in an organization and as we know we are currently going through a pandemic derived from the COVID-19 coronavirus, so many schools have to perform their work activities virtually. This research work is based on the case of a public elementary school in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico, where we will show if the pandemic has deteriorated or not the internal communication of the school, we will also address options and proposals on how to solve problems and encourage workers recognizing their great work.
