An Investigation of the Effects of Procurement Methods

An investigation of the effects of procurement methods on project delivery in the Zambian Road Sector revealed the vitality of Research in establishing the actual cause and effects of unknown happenings in a complex industry like Road Construction. In that regard, reviewed literature that ranged from, procurement guidelines, procurement methods, release of projects, presence of a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) revealed that release of project funds was one of the Major factors that affected project delivery in the Zambian Road Sector among many factors.
