Good health care facilities and services are essential for creating healthy citizen in the society. Health Sector in developing countries including India has often encountered a number of difficulties such as shortage of essential drugs and other medical equipment, unsanitary and decaying facilities, low staff morale, organizational weaknesses and management deficiencies. Therefore, all these difficulties constitute economic, social and managerial problems in the health sector. A sexually transmitted disease (STD) is also known as sexually transmitted infection (STI). It is an illness that has a significant probability of transmission between humans or animals. The sexually transmitted diseases like, Human Immune deficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a large growing problem in the health sector. The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a fatal, among the sexually transmitted diseases.
